Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

All orders are shipped within the United States via USPS, UPS, or other major carriers. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date the order is processed. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may take longer.

Please note that carriers may experience delays during holidays, high-volume periods, or severe weather conditions. Shipping delays do not automatically entitle customers to a refund.

Shipping Providers

Orders are shipped from New Jersey, USA using:

•       USPS

•       UPS

•       FedEx (occasionally)

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking details will be emailed to you automatically once the shipment leaves the warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Preorders

Some items on our store may be offered as preorders. If you purchase a preorder item:

•       Your payment secures your reservation in the production batch

•       Estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the product page and at checkout

•       Your order will ship automatically once inventory arrives at our warehouse

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the full order may ship together once preorder items are available. If you want in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Shipping delays for preorder items do not automatically entitle customers to a refund. For full preorder terms, please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Hellava is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or by the shipping carrier after the package has been tendered to the carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, Hellava is not responsible for reshipping the product at no cost. We may issue a refund for the product value (minus original shipping costs), provided the product is returned in its original condition. Alternatively, we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee.

Lost or Missing Packages

In the event that your package is lost or goes missing in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. However, Hellava cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages lost by the carrier, as this is ultimately the responsibility of the shipping provider.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Hellava is not responsible for loss or theft. If your package cannot be located after delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at support@hellava.co within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photos of the damaged product and packaging before issuing a replacement or credit. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.

Refused Packages

If you refuse delivery of a package, you accept responsibility for any return shipping fees incurred. Refused packages that are lost during the return process are not eligible for refund or replacement. We recommend accepting the package and contacting us to process a return if needed.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states), unless otherwise expressly stated. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping. Applicable shipping charges for those locations will be calculated at checkout.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Hand Delivered by Founder Shipping Option

The "Hand Delivered by Founder" shipping option is a premium, limited-availability service offered at the sole discretion of Brodie Falgoust, also known as Brodie Shredz ("Founder"). By selecting this option, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

All aspects of fulfillment including but not limited to scheduling, location, method of delivery, and timeline are determined exclusively by the Founder. The estimated delivery window of 8 to 10 business days is an estimate only and is subject to change at the Founder's discretion.

The Founder reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, modify, substitute, or decline any Hand Delivered order at any time and for any reason. In the event the Founder cancels, the customer will receive a full refund of the Hand Delivery fee. The standard product order will still be fulfilled via standard shipping.

This service is non-transferable. No specific date, time, or location is guaranteed at the time of purchase. The Founder will coordinate delivery details directly with the customer after purchase.

All decisions regarding this shipping option are final as determined by the Founder.

Safety and Security

The Founder reserves the right to bring security personnel, staff, or additional individuals to any Hand Delivery fulfillment at his sole discretion. The customer agrees to provide valid government-issued identification at the time of delivery. The Founder reserves the right to verify the identity of the recipient and decline delivery if identification cannot be confirmed.

The customer agrees to provide accurate delivery location information in advance. The Founder reserves the right to decline or cancel delivery to any location deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or inappropriate at his sole discretion. Alternative delivery arrangements may be offered but are not guaranteed.

The customer agrees that no weapons, threats, or intimidation of any kind will be present or tolerated at the point of delivery. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of the delivery, no refund of the Hand Delivery fee, and potential involvement of law enforcement.

By selecting this shipping option the customer consents to being filmed or photographed during the delivery interaction for content, promotional, or security purposes unless the customer opts out in writing prior to the scheduled delivery.

Customer Availability

Once a delivery date, time, and location have been confirmed between the Founder and the customer, the customer is responsible for being present and available at the agreed upon time and location. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the Founder is under no obligation to wait, attempt a second delivery, or reschedule.

If the customer fails to be present for a confirmed delivery, the Hand Delivery fee is non-refundable. The standard product order will be shipped via standard shipping at no additional cost. A rescheduled delivery attempt may be offered at the Founder's sole discretion but is not guaranteed.

The customer must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule a confirmed delivery. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery time are subject to cancellation at the Founder's discretion with no refund of the Hand Delivery fee.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to the United States. Additional regions may be added in the future.
