Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within the United States via USPS, UPS, or other major carriers. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date the order is processed. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may take longer.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
Hellava is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or by the shipping carrier after the package has been tendered to the carrier.

In the event that your package is lost or goes missing in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. However, Hellava cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages lost by the carrier, as this is ultimately the responsibility of the shipping provider.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at support@hellava.co within 48 hours of delivery.
We may require photos of the damaged product and packaging before issuing a replacement or credit.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to try Hellava with confidence.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your first order. This guarantee applies exclusively to your initial purchase and is limited to one claim per customer.

To request a refund under this guarantee, please contact us at support@hellava.co within 30 days of receiving your first order. You do not need to return the product.

If your refund request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, less a $5.00 processing fee. Any shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to your first order. It does not entitle you to a refund on any subscription renewal that has already been charged, even if the renewal falls within the 30-day window.

This guarantee does not apply to subsequent subscription orders, one-time reorders, or any order placed after your initial purchase.

Subscription Orders & Refunds

By subscribing to Hellava, you authorize recurring charges at the interval selected at checkout until you cancel your subscription.

Refunds are not available on subscription renewal orders.
Once a subscription order has been placed, it is considered a final sale. This includes all orders beyond your initial purchase.

Managing your subscription is quick and you can do it yourself anytime!
Just head to www.hellava.co/a/account/login and enter your email.
We'll send you a secure login link, no password to remember.
From your account portal you can skip a shipment, pause, swap products, change your frequency, or cancel in a few taps.

Need a hand getting in?
Email us at support@hellava.co from the email on your order and we'll help you access your account so you can manage it.

To stop a shipment, your change needs to be made before your next scheduled billing date.
Once a subscription rebill has been charged, that order is a final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription.
Hellava does not cancel subscriptions retroactively for orders that have already been processed.

Payment Disputes

If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us first at support@hellava.co and we'll work to resolve it quickly.Most billing questions can be sorted out in a single email.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution, since these orders are placed under the subscription and refund terms you agreed to at checkout. We're always happy to help, so reach out and we'll get it handled.

Cancellation Policy

One-time orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@hellava.co immediately after placing it. If the order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Subscription cancellations may be submitted at any time through your account portal at hellava.co/a/account/login, or email support@hellava.co and we'll help you access your account to do it.
To stop your next shipment, the cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled billing date. Once a renewal order has been charged, it is a final sale and is not eligible for cancellation or refund.

By placing an order and subscribing to Hellava, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation terms outlined in this policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at support@hellava.co within 48 hours of delivery.
We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before processing a replacement or credit. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

•       Opened or partially consumed supplement products (except as covered under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for first orders)

•       Items purchased on sale, clearance, or as part of a promotional bundle

•       Gift cards

•       Digital products, including ebooks and downloadable content (all digital sales are final)

If you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Preorders

Certain products may be offered as preorders and will be clearly identified on the product page and at checkout. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that:

•       Payment is collected at the time the preorder is placed

•       Preorder items are produced, secured, or allocated in advance based on demand

•       Shipping and fulfillment dates provided are estimates only and not guarantees

•       Delays may occur due to production schedules, logistics, or other factors beyond our control

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund only prior to shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once a preorder has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy. In limited circumstances, preorders may not be eligible for cancellation once fulfillment preparation or production has begun.

Shipping delays for preorder items do not automatically entitle customers to a refund. The return window for preorder items begins on the date the item is delivered, not the date the preorder was placed.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please contact us to initiate a return (if eligible), and place a separate order for the new item.

Duplicate Orders

Hellava is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review their cart and order confirmation before completing checkout.
Duplicate orders that have been processed and shipped are subject to the standard return policy and are not automatically eligible for a refund.

Undelivered or Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, Hellava is not responsible for reshipping the product at no cost.
We may issue a refund for the product value (minus original shipping costs), provided the product is returned in its original condition. Alternatively, we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee.

This policy does not apply to refused packages.
If you refuse delivery of a package, you accept responsibility for any return shipping fees incurred. Refused packages that are lost during the return process are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Hand Delivered by Founder Refund Terms

Hand Delivered by Founder orders are subject to the following refund terms:

If the Founder cancels the Hand Delivery for any reason, the $2,500 Hand Delivery fee will be refunded in full and the standard product order will be fulfilled via standard shipping.

If the customer cancels a confirmed Hand Delivery, the Hand Delivery fee is non-refundable.

If the customer fails to be present at a confirmed delivery time and location, the Hand Delivery fee is non-refundable and the product order will be shipped via standard shipping.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unopened and unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@hellava.co.
