Hand Delivered by Founder Data Collection and Media Consent

If you select the Hand Delivered by Founder shipping option, we may collect additional personal information including your government-issued identification, delivery location, and contact details for the purpose of coordinating and securing the delivery. You consent to being filmed or photographed during the delivery interaction for content, promotional, or security purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to the scheduled delivery date. All footage and photographs captured during the delivery are the property of Hellava Nutrition Group LLC and may be used across any media channels at the company's discretion. Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information related to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve Shopify’s services. Information submitted through the Services may be shared with Shopify and other third parties located in different countries.
